Cheri showed up on the radio December 1st 2024 with those wise-cracking morning guys at the Wake Up Call on 1120 AM / 93.7 FM KPNW radio to talk about the Mt Angel Hazelnut Fest and our participation there.

To celebrate the season, Cheri gave the guys some our our "Not Nog" Dairy-Free, Egg Free Egg Nog substitute made with Cheri's HazelCream® .  Bill then had to answer the question "So how does this taste with some Rum." It tasted very good!

Wow that Shake and Make is just what I needed for the RV. We go dry camping in the Oregon Outback and my wife is lactose intolerant. We love the taste of Hazelcream and now we can make it where ever we go.

While doing a book signing of my cookbook, I passed out samples of the Brownie sheet cake from Cheri’s recipe. Everyone loved it and I’ll include it in my next book of dairy-free “alternative” milks for baking & drinking. I recommend it on my website.

It taste much better than other products I have tried. Super easy to make and I appreciate the options – Milk, cream, heavy cream. I also appreciate the simple ingredients! I highly recommend this product!
