Its so easy to make Cheri’s HazelCream

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add the contents of one 2.2 oz portion cup to a kitchen blender, then add water up to the 32 oz line. Blend for one minute or until you see a happy froth form at the top to make one quart of milk substitute.

Use directly anywhere you would use dairy milk.

Regular strength

HazelCream

Like dairy milk

What you need:

  • One 2 fluid ounce Portion Cup of Cheri’s HazelCream
  • 32 oz. water

TOTAL TIME: 1 minute

MAKES

1 Quart =

Four 8 fluid ounce servings

  • Kitchen Blender

For a richer creamier taste- use a bit less water to suit your taste…

  • For a Cream Substitute use 1/2 the water (16 fluid oz.) per 2.2 oz portion cup
  • Use just like cream

For Buttermilk:

To make regular strength Cheri’s HazelCream:

  • For one cup of Cheri’s HazelCream, add one tablespoon of white vinegar and stir
  • Wait 10 minutes
  • Use just like dairy buttermilk

For use in dredges and other thicker batters try using 24 fl. oz. of water

  • One Tbs. white vinegar

TOTAL TIME:

1 minute to mix

10 minutes total
