Cheri's gives you a 1:1 substitute especially formulated for cooking baking and drinks. Our unique packaging as a paste supplied in pre-measured portion cups or our 3.75 kg food service pail, gives you the freedom to make your signature dairy based dishes for people who are dairy sensitive.

  • You can mix it to become the consistency and taste of milk, cream buttermilk, or evaporated milk.
  • You can even use the paste directly like a peanut butter.
  • To help control your costs, you only make it as you need it a quart at a time; what you make is good for 5-7 days
  • If using portion cups, any unopened cups stay in your pantry until you need them.
